About this speaker
I am… a Black woman, mother, sister, caregiver, a perpetual wonder(er) and truth-teller, an advocate for justice and radical self-love and the creator of Liberated Love Notes: Critical Self-Reflections and Affirmations For The Culture. I am… constantly learning, unlearning, relearning and committed to BEing possibility for what it means to show up as one’s most liberated self.
By day, I am Vice-President of Learning & Innovation with The Winters Group, Inc., a global diversity and inclusion consulting firm. In my role, I am responsible for facilitating and designing high-impact learning experiences (e.g. training interventions, workshops, keynotes, virtual learning) that shift perspectives, build capacity, and empower action in service of equity, justice, and inclusion. I have facilitated and designed curriculum for non-profit and for-profit organizations large and small.
I create content and resources, and facilitate spaces that support Black folks with showing up in the fullest expression of ourselves--because, we deserve. I speak. I write. I wonder. I reimagine. Always happy to connect with others ‘doing the work.
